Can someone help me with installationg of an entry door and storm door??

I finally had my fiberglass door installed today as well as my storm door and I must say I am not real happy with the installation. There is a gap at the bottom of my door between the door sill and where the vinyl siding is. Also, the storm door will not lock because the installer did not cut the hole big enough to turn the lock. How do you fill in the gap that was left after this guy has already installed the door? He spent from 9:00 in the morning until 5:00 this evening installling both doors. I hired this guy because he had a very good reputation and not sure it was his fault regarding the entry door having the gap at the bottom.

go to home depot or ???? and see if you can find some rubber/plastic gasket material that will close the gap. most doors have something like that these days. it's easier than doing the job right.
