Elastic kinesio tape
The elastic kinesio tape sewing machine comprises feed teeth feeding a combined body of a fabric and an elastic tape, a sewing needle sewing the elastic tape on the fabric, a presser foot including an elastic tape through-hole and movable to and from said feed teeth to hold the combined body of the fabric and the elastic tape with the feed teeth, a supply device including a retaining means retaining the elastic kinesio tape utilizing spring force of an elastic body and feeding the elastic tape through the elastic tape through-hole to one side of the presser foot opposing the feed teeth, a guide device guiding the elastic tape fed from the supply device to a sewing-ready position between the presser foot and the feed teeth, and a cutting device to cut the elastic tape, characterized in that said retaining means includes a regulating apparatus formed by a regulating mechanism having a motor rotating predetermined angle by an electric signal to regulate the spring force of the elastic body and a controller controlling the rotation angle of the motor.

How can I tape my foot for a stress fracture?
I'm a dancer and I have a stress fracture in my fifth metatarsal about half the way down the bone. I can't dance on point but I need to tape my foot to support it for a contemporary dance I'm doing for a competition in two weeks!
Have you been to the doctor yet? I danced on a stress fracture for 2 weeks thinking it was a sprain and it caused a second stress fracture. Then I was in a walking boot on crutches for 3 weeks and am now in my 3rd and last week in the boot alone. I didn't want to believe my doctor at first, but a fracture is a form of a broken bone. Just make sure it's okay to still be dancing on it first. When I was dancing on mine, it really helped me to ice and elevate the foot every night after practice. Also if there's swelling wear a compression wrap at night, helps. My trainer tried buddy taping my toes with the stress fractures one day, DON'T do that! It kills! haha! What helped me was just tape around the around your foot securely from your toes to about the middle of the arch. Don't just use one long string of tape and wrap it around. Use strips of tape to avoid it getting too tight and uncomfortable. Sometimes it helps to get a little foam cushion adhered under your foot and tape over it. You want to keep your foot very supported when you're up on releve. Sadly, that's about all you can do and it isn't going to get any better until you stay off of it for a prolonged period of time 
it sucks. Take Tylenol/Ibuprofen for the competition and once it's over I'd get in and get treated by an orthopedist. I know it's a bummer to not dance, I've missed half of the competitive season Good luck!
