Hi fellow seniors, have you ever dropped something on your foot?
I did just this morning, ooh the pain.
I was carrying the vacuum cleaner upstairs when I reached the landing I lost my grip and the thing landed on my little piggy, ouch.
After hobbling around for a short while the pain has now finally eased enough for me to wiggle and test it out, so thankfully no more than a bruise and a frayed temper has occurred.
Hopefully this hasn't happened to you but if it has how did you get on?

I feel your pain..I also dropped a vacuum cleaner on my bare foot..I was ready to go to work in the hospital, all I had to do was put on my shoes and put the vacuum cleaner away..I picked it up and the handle came off, dropping it on my foot..broke several bones, but I went to work anyway and worked 6 weeks with one sock covered foot..I worked the medications so there was limited walking..glad your little piggy is better tonight..
