Can a 2008 hyundai tiburon gt engine handle a turbo kit that puts out 250+ WHP to it?

The car is stock, the only thing done to it is that it has a Cool Air intake. im just not sure if the car can handle a turbo kit that puts out that much without blowing up the engine.
