How can I get a paint scratch off my car?

As I went to open my door handle, my fingernail hit the car in just the right way that I got a line of red polish on the body paint. I think it's the same as if paint from another car gets on your own car--any ways to get this off?

I'd try some Mary Kay eye-makeup remover. I've used it forsimilar things.

It's better than Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser and VERY gentle. I've never had a problem with it messing up the underlying paint on walls when I've used it to remove pen, marker, paint, crayon, etc.
