black moor in five gallon?

ok dont judge me! i have a five gallon that is pretty much empty besides two skinny plants in the back, it's an aquatech hex 5, and pretty roomy. if i buy a small black moor and lput it in there, and dont excessivly feed it, will it be able to live...remotley well? i dont want to sound mean but i know all you crazy fish lovers out there are gonna be up my butt about this, even though 20+ gallons per fish sounds RIDICULOUS to me. especially since back in the day, i had two medium sized fancy goldfish in a large bowl, no more than 4-5 gallons, and they lived for 6 years! so really, could i do it? even if i dont try to make it get jumbo?

i had my black moor fish in 5 gallon tank and he was fine. he lived in it for about a year and a half then my parents bought me a 10 gallon tank with a filter so i decided to buy two more fish and put my black moor in it. if my parents wouldnt have bought me a new tank he would probably still be living in the 5 gallon one.
