A unique motion sensor starts and stops the flow of water, automatically reducing daily litres used, reducing sewage bills, limiting hot water consumption, saving energy and preventing the risk of accidental overflow.

 

In addition, because there are no handles, M•Power faucets also offer a hygienic solution in preventing the spread of germs and bacteria from user to user.

 

Above- and below-deck electronics offer installation options based on sink styles or building preferences.

M•Power electronic faucets feature:

I am adding 1 toilet, 1 shower valve and drain, 1 drop-n lavatory and faucet, 1 washer/dryer connection, tie into waste and water that is existing, obtain permits. The house is on blocks.

Since the cost of materials and labor vary so much from area to area, you need to contact a few different contractors. They will give you quotes on the project and you will then know what the cost will be. Remember you should not have to sign anything when getting a quote. If you are asked to sign something read the very fine print. You may be signing something that gives that contractor permission to do the job at their cost which may be to expensive. Once you decide which contractor you want to use, ask them for references. Go talk to the references and look at the work that was done. Ask the references if they were satisfied with the contractor and his work. Keep in mind, after you get the quote and should you wait for a few weeks or more you would need to get another quote because the prices of materials and labor continue to rise.
