Wireless Power Transmission - Charting The History Of Nikola Tesla's Discoveries
Wireless power transmission is not a pipe dream. It was discovered around one hundred years ago by electricity pioneer, Nikola Tesla. It is even in limited use today. Tesla built a laboratory and transmitting tower on Long Island that was intended for the wireless transmission of signals and electricity to any point in the world. Given his earlier successes, there was no reason to doubt that he could make this happen. Especially as, prior to this in 1899, he produced the world's largest ever man-made lightening bolt from his laboratory in Colorado Springs - a 130 foot long bolt whose accompanying thunder could be heard 22 miles away!
Unfortunately, funding for Tesla's Long Island laboratory was taken away (in my opinion, due to conflicting interests) and his tower was demolished for wartime security reasons. Were it not for this episode then the world might be a much different place today with wireless power transmission being the norm.
How To Generate Your Own Electricity Using Wireless Power Transmission Technology
This area of research had much to do with the harnessing of "radiant energy" i.e. the energy all around us. For example, radio waves can be harnessed into a battery-less "cat's whisker" radio or to charge a cellphone as described earlier. Tesla believed that this free energy is all around us and does not just consist of radio waves and other electromagnetic waves.

connect two T8 electronic ballasts to run 4 bulbs?
Greetings electrical gurus!
I would appreciate some assistance:
I am upgrading a 4 four foot T12 bulb 2 magnetic ballast fixture to contain T8 bulbs and new electronic ballasts. In the fixture, one ballast powered the inner two bulbs and the other the outer two bulbs.
Problem:
I brought the ballasts home tonight and found they lack all the wires my old ballasts had.
These are Sylvania Quicktronic QTP 2X32T8/UNV ISN-SC ballasts.
They have on one end a red and a white wire, and on the other, two blue wires.
How do I wire the two ballasts to power the sockets? I have the usual one white and one black power wires entering the ceiling fixture.
I would sure appreciate some guidance.
