Anything I need to know about my workout?
This is the daily routine of my workout.........
Bench Press
3 sets of 10 at 50 pounds
Pectoral Fly
3 sets of 10 at 90 pounds
Seated Leg Curl, Leg Extension, and Seated Leg Press
3 sets of 10 at 95 pounds
Hip Adductor
3 sets of 50 at 90 pounds
Chest Press
3 sets of 10 at 90 pounds
Nitro Abdominal
3 sets of 10 at 95 pounds
Rotary Torso
3 sets of 10 on each side at 95 pounds
and 15 minutes on the StairMaster every day.
Is they anything I should add to my workout? I'm trying to enlist in the U.S. Army (infantry) in like 2 months. I need to lose 30 pounds max. How much should I lose each month if I want to see results by this June? 10 points for any good answer, this time. I promise........
Just so you know muscle weighs more then fat therefore if you work out your muscles for now you'll just gain weight and then you'll have to meet the body fat percentage instead which is 24%.It's best to focus on running and stairmaster and so on.If you don't work muscles the fat will fly off if you just do running and so on, but then again you'll be weak because running also burns off muscle.I'd suggest you try and reach the body fat percentage instead if you can just focus on running and doing your workout, but make sure you have a GOOD diet without one you'll be doing nothing but gaining weight.Eat lean meats,vegetables,fruits and so on.
You need more running in your workout honestly atleast 45 minutes a day 3-5 days a week.Also don't do the same workout in weight lifting every day your muscles need time to recover.One day do biceps then chest, shoulders,and legs and etc.Also the guy who said to do HIIT yeah thats the best way to burn calories, but if you can't handle doing it for a long time don't do it at all.Jogging would be better if you can only do a few intervals of sprinting.You can lose the body fat if put in the effort to do so.Make SURE you do more running thats all that matters.
