Bracelet makers are used to put curve into flat metal stock. Dimplers can be used to put circular indentations into metal so that they look more attractive. If it is used on the edge of the metal, partial indentations can also be made. Punchers are used to make holes of various sizes. Metal break is used to bend clean angles into metal stock.

Physics Help!! Shear Force?
Two metal plates are held together by two steel rivets, each of diameter 0.30 cm and length 2.0 cm. How much force must be applied parallel to the plates to shear off both rivets?
Only the cross sectional area of the two rivets matters -- the "length 2.0 cm" has nothing to do with the question. You know the formula for the area of a circle (the cross section of a rivet). Multiply that times 2 because there are two rivets, and you've got the total area of the rivets at the shear plane.
You either have been given the sheer strength, in lbs/cm2 (convert from inches, etc. as needed), or must look up that number for the steel the rivets are made of.
The force you need to sheer off the rivets is
F = sheer strength x area of the two rivets.
