thanksssssss :D xxx

curious.I would have thought that instruction in use would be compulsory before letting you loose,as it were.I can only assume you mean a hand mitre saw as opposed to powered.Anyway, wood or material to be cut must be clamped to the saw base for accuracy and safety. If the cut can be squared against the backstop,do so.If the cut to be made is compound as is crown moulding, then an appropriate jig should be made up for securing the material to in the right angle for cutting.angles for the cut should be calculated to make the join in the material in the centre of the joint.eg a picture frame is cut at the corners at an angle of 45 degrees.Crown moulding from say the top of kitchen units require a compound cut and frankly that is beyond the limited space available here. All this holds true for powered ones too, with the added bonus that they can chop your fingers off before you even feel it,as many joiners could prove.never switch on when fingers are near the blade, and never start the cut without securing the timber and never cut small pieces of timber, they can be shot out like a cannon by the blade.
