8 technical ideas to make sure the quality of the led display
if you want produce a good quality Led display you need make sure some technology controller like below.
1.Led display facotry should have good measures ,Dedicated l anti-static electronic floor , anti-static ,soldering iron,anti-static ,anti-static table pad ,anti-staic cloth, Humidity control ,equipment connect to the floor etc .
2.LED display module driving circuit design of the drive circuit board arrangement of driver IC for LED brightness will also be affected. As the driver IC output current in the PCB board transmission distance too far, will make the transmission path of the pressure drop is too large, affecting the normal LED operating voltage leads to decrease in brightness. We often find that the module LED display LED brightness around the middle lower than that for this reason. Therefore, the display brightness to ensure consistency, we must design a good drive circuit distribution.
3.The normal LED current value of the design current is 20mA, the maximum using of current general recommendation does not more than 80% of normal value, in particular, the distance between the small screen, due to poor heat dissipation will also reduce the current value. Follow the Experience,Hydraulic Fittings as red, green, blue LED decay rate of the inconsistency, targeted reduction in blue, green LED's current value, in order to maintain display consistency of the white balance after prolonged use
4.Mixed light with a color different brightness profile of the LED lights require mixing, or the law designed to plug in discrete light graph insert lights, to ensure that the entire screen brightness of each color consistency. In this process, if a problem occurs, there will be displays of local brightness inconsistency, directly affect the LED screen display.
5.control verticality of the-line LED for a sufficient time had furnace technology to ensure perpendicular to the PCB board of LED. Any deviation will affect the already set a good LED brightness uniformity, color block appears inconsistent brightness. .
6.wave soldering temperature and time had to be strict control of temperature and wave front through furnace welding time, recommended as follows: preheating temperature of 100 ℃ ± 5 ℃, the maximum does not exceed 120 ℃, and the preheating temperature rise for a smooth, welding temperature to 245 ℃ ± 5 ℃, welding time recommended no more than 3 seconds after furnace avoid excessive vibration or shock LED, until the restoration of normal temperature. Wave soldering machine parameters to periodically test the temperature, which is determined by the characteristics of LED, overheating, or fluctuations in temperature will cause direct damage LED or LED quality risks, especially for small size, such as circular and oval-shaped 3mm LED.
7.Weld control LED display LED is not lit in the event, they often have more than 50% probability caused by various types of Weld, such Centrifugal Fan as the LED pin Weld, IC pin Weld, mother of Weld pin row and so on. These issues need to strictly improve the process to improve and strengthen the quality inspection to resolve. Vibration test before leaving the factory also be a good test method.
8.LED thermal design work may have a fever, high temperature will affect the decay rate and the stability of the LED, so the heat PCB board design, thermal design of the ventilation box will affect the performance of LED

A new A/C/Furnace System?
A while ago, I posted a question about the subject. I appreciate those gave good suggestions. I did not sign the $7000 contract to have a new one installed. But I did risk the CO issue. I have installed two digital readout alarms in two separate bed rooms...two months into using the furnace (heater), the reading on both still show zero. Likewise, the contractor was scamming. Any idea how we should stop this? I do believe business in good standing and good ethics should be back padded and have their name known. But, I don't know how to handle the bad ones.
Filing complaint with the Better Business Bureau is the best way to do this. Many consumers check with the BBB before signing a contract so you will be helping a great many people.
The local chamber of commerce should also be notified. A contractor tried to scam me once and just the THREAT of this action changed his whole attitude.
