My skin cuts so easily?

If the last week or so I've been getting cuts on my hands really easily. I got one from using a planer in woodwork ( I wasn't touching the blade or anything, I just looked down and it was there) and then tonight I was at my cousins birthday party and when I looked at my thumb, there was a little cut. All I did there was eat cake and hold a cute baby.
My skins not that dry or anything. Should I be worried? What should I do?
Hi, contrary to the other person's answer, no you are not crazy, just don't get too worried about this. Everyone's skin is just different, and we have to deal with it, period. Now you said that your skin isn't that dry, but you're still getting cuts from practically doing nothing. I deal with the exact same thing, if not worse, so I have some tips on how to solve your problem. Even though you say that you don't suffer from dry skin, you should still use a hand moisturiser at least once a day, this will dramatically decrease the number of cuts you are getting. When your skin is moisturised and nourished any small scratches or cuts will heal faster, leaving you with less chance of getting a scar. You should not be worried at all, just take my advice, and you'll see the difference.
