Jewellery Making Tools
Making your own jewellery is a very popular hobby. Not only is it great to make pieces that are original, but is also a great way to make gifts for others or to make some extra cash. Obviously you need a range of beads, findings and stringing materials but you will also need a good set of jewellery making tools.
Chain nose pliers
These are an essential set of pliers needed to make all kinds of jewellery pieces. They are used to grip findings and beads. They are also used to open jumprings and to also close them. They are fairly effective at bending wire, headpins are eyepins, to create a rounder bend or a loop use round nosed pliers. They are the all round pliers that every jewellery maker needs.
Round nose pliers.
The main job of these pliers is to create loops. They are also very effective at opening jumprings. The main job that they are not very useful for is gripping, due to the rounded ends.
Side cutters
These pliers are used to cut wire, headpins and eyepins. This allows you to alter the metal that you are using to the desired length.
Flat nose pliers
These tools can be used to grip and secure beads but there main job is for finishing. They are very handing for flattening bent wires and can also be used for crimping.
There are many other jewellery making tool available with more specific jobs such as Crimping pliers, Bent chain nose and Thong clamps. The essential jewellery making tool that I recommend you to purchase to do a variety of jobs is the Chain nose pliers.

How do you use a ford fuel line removal tool?
I have a set of plastic tools and a metal tool that looks like pliers but can't get my fuel line off of the filter. Any help will be appreciated.
First figure out what size the line is and find the matching collar.
Snap it over the line near the connection you are trying to break loose, with the smaller end pointing into the fitting.
Then you have to push it into the connection to release the clips holding the line on the filter. You cant see em but they're in there. Wiggle it a bit to get it loose.
On one occasion the tool was too big and we had to cut a small piece of it off to make it work. But only a small piece, maybe a 16th.
