My grandfather told me that if you turn on a fan in a closed room with no windows or doors open,you'll die. He says that the fan uses up all the oxygen in the room which I really doubt. I thought that fans only cool the air around you and pushes out the cold air. I really doubt this and I really want to know the truth.
The fan will only move the air around. Fans do not "use" air. If the room is completely sealed up, you will eventually die because you will run out of air to breathe. But again, this has nothing to do with the fan.
