How do you put your words in a screen saver?

I don't know how to word it. Like how people have a black (or what ever color) background and words like turning or something for there screen saver. How do you do it for Windows XP?

With no window up, right click on your desktop. Click on properties. On all the tabs near the top of the window, click on "screen saver". To the left of where it says settings and preview, click on the arrow. Find 3D text and click on it. Click on Settings to adjust the words, font, and color.
