Ok i am working with a sliding compound miter saw, so i can cut 11 1/2" wood, and a little scroll saw, wat can i make that would be a good christmas gift that is easy to make and not tooo expensice, thx, if u have any good web sites for plans, it would be greatly appriciated thank you

With only those tools..........I would think a real fancy picture frame with hearts or some other figures cut out of it and back them up with colored fabric. You can have plexi-glass cut to size at lowes or home depot for no extra charge.
