Candy Molding Machine – How is it work Candy molding Machine?
One of the world's most admired sweet-tasting foods is candy, its main element being sugar. Candy molds are naturally made out of clear plastic or rubber, and in some cases they are made out of metal. The material used to make a candy mold depends on the kind of candy they are meant to be used for.
Candy is obtainable in all shapes, sizes, colors, and flavors. Some candies are hard whereas others are soft and creamy or sticky and chewy. Hard candies, such as lollipops and lemon drops, are made by boiling sugar with corn syrup and water. To create the chocolate you eat, sugar and more cocoa butter are added to the unsweetened chocolate liquor.
We are just barely scratching the surface when it comes to the number of diverse shapes and designs that candy molds are available in. You can also use candy molds for creating several other specialties other than just making candy. Candy molds are great for making ice cubes or sugar cubes for a special event. Many candy molds are intended to make molded chocolates so they don't have to be very heat resistant; whereas others are intended for making hard candy and suckers, thus they are made of material that can endure high heat so that the hot candy can be poured right into the mold.
Now, let's say you wish to make candy for a wedding or to celebrate your child's sports team. By using various colored dipping chocolate or further different candy making ingredients you can come up with candies modified to the color schemes of the wedding or the sporting team's uniforms.

it depends on how much you spill ....also its a basic math question of volume . id get the molds and fill it with water and pour it out into a measuring cup and see exactly what you need I would also allow for some waste , drippage sticking to the pan you cook it in etc .
just cook enough, as you go along and by the time you get to the last one you will know exactly how much you need for the last unit .
and what happens if one gets broken on the way to the reception ,id make 40 just to be safe ........
its your wedding ,.. try to plan for the problems that will arise
