why are car parts so difficult to get to???
I attempted to clean my EGR valve last night, but I cant get it off with normal tools. I can't get the ratchet in the tight spot....why does it have to be so frustrating???
I guess I need to get a stubby wrench and try again today...anyone have a suggestions on tools to use for this project?

The LAST thing I will do is take it to a Ford Dealer....the last time i did, they replaced my PCV valve , hose and couldnt tell me what the problem was. I had a friend clean the EGR valve for free and fixed the problem. Obviously the Dealer is incompetent. can you beleive they tried to charge me $200 to change my spark plugs??? just cause Ia m a woman doesnt make me stupid... dont get me started on the Dealer.
1/4 in. stubby ratchet and stubby ratchetting wrenches are good for tight spots. Or really long extensions.
