What can be used to plug a small hole in a tarp that is used to cover a pool?
I live in Michigan so it gets pretty cold during the winter months. I accidentally poked a hole in the tarp (one of those blue plastic ones) and want to know if I can fix it so it can survive potentially sub zero temps.
