how to adjust tie downs?
If you are talking about the ones used for mobile homes & storage buildings then you simply remove the nut and hold the bolt witha wrench to keep the strap from unraveling. There should likely be a square at the bottom of the head which locks it in place. Slide it out & turn the bolt until the strap is tight & slide it back and reinstall the nut.
