The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves . So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet. Purpose of the Jaw Crushers The jaw crusher is characterized with its simple structure and reliable work and convenient maintenance, used to crush primarily and intermediately all ores or rocks with a compressive strength under 250Mpa in large, medium-size mine, stone quarry and building material department. Operating principle and structural features Of Jaw Crushers: The jaw crusher mainly consists of: Frame fixed jaw plate left and right protecting boards movable jaw plate movable jaw eccentric shaft toggle plate toggle seat components and parts such as oil pressure lifter (figure one) The motor drives eccentric shaft via a delta belt fixed in a grooved pulley, which can make movable jaw move repeatedly so as to crush materials in crushing cavity. Fixed jaw plate of frame front wall is fastened depending on left and right protecting boards and holding down bolts, while movable jaw plate is pressed tightly on movable jaw depending on battens. When the jaw plates are abraded (usually under side of the jaw plate is abraded severely), upside down and continue to use them. Toggle plate can not only bear the weight of movable jaw, but also protect other parts of the machine from hurting. When un-broken foreign materials come into crushing cavity which results in heavy load increase of toggle plate, the toggle plate breaks down itself to cut off the heavy load so as to protect other parts of the jaw crushers. Toggle seat is fastened on ear seat of the jaw crusher’s two sides by draw bolts; depend on hydraulic pressure lifter (lifting bolts) to lift out toggle seat, change pad thickness, and i.e. be able to adjust the width of discharge outlet. Is my mounted tv going to fall off the wall?
Here are the quick facts:
-46 inch tv (approx 50 lbs)
-wall plate for the mount is 24 inches
-studs are 32 inches apart because i share a wall in a duplex (BS i know)
-left side of the mount is secured on a stud, and very tight
-16 inches down wall plate, i have a lag bolt on top and bottom that is NOT in a wall stud, but is inside of plastic anchors.
Will this be enough support to keep my tv on the wall?
I have toggle bolts, but I am not very handy, and would hate to have to take off the entire wall mount and start from scratch. My tv has been on the mount for 24 hours, and seems fine. Instead of toggle bolts, can i just use about 4 more lag bolts with anchors to distribute the weight of the tv evenly?
As I said in your other question...it probably will be fine. It will not fall off the wall if it is very secure on one side - that is probably more than enough to hold it to the wall.
A way around this is to first attach a piece of plywood to the wall that is wide enough to reach the studs on both sides - the piece only needs to be as tall as the mount but it needs to be wide enough to span between two solid studs. Once you mount that to the wall (and paint it), you can then mount the bracket to that. That is very secure and solves the "one stud" issue.
