ok this is a long shot but....i drive a truck,my employer provides ppe,(hi-viz,boots,uniform,gloves,polo shirts,fleece jacket,hard hat ,torch and a kit bag.should sun protection lotion (hypoallergenic) also be on the ppe list,my right arm is a different colour to the left one and i have sunburn,which is no dout because of no skin protection ....PPE= Personel protective equipment
I think its unlikely your employer will provide it as PPE, you can take it up with them directly as most companies have an open door policy when it comes to health and safety issues.
